All rise and recline chairs shown on our website are available as in-store purchases only. We recommend booking a consultation for an in-store viewing, where you can try different chair styles, compare fabrics and mechanisms, and receive expert advice before choosing the right chair for your needs.
How do I choose the right rise and recline chair?
The best chair depends on your height, posture, mobility needs, preferred sitting position and the level of support you require. At TMS Mobility, many chairs can be measured to each individual’s requirements, helping you find a chair that offers the right comfort, support and ease of use.
Can I try a rise and recline chair before buying?
Yes. You can visit the TMS Mobility showroom to view and try rise and recline chairs in person. Trying a chair before purchase helps you check the seat height, seat depth, back support, arm position and recline action.
What is the difference between a single motor and dual motor chair?
A single motor chair usually moves the backrest and footrest together using one control action. A dual motor chair allows the backrest and footrest to be adjusted more independently, offering more flexible positioning for comfort, support and relaxation.
